Gym member ( Gino Baldino ) is about to jump into a relaxing warm jaccuzzi after having a long stressful day at his office but some how gets roughed up by a hunky, short tempered locker room attendant played Nick Harmon. Nick tries to warn Gino that the gym is about to close and cigarette smoking is certainly not allowed but things get way out of hand before he can finish off his sentence. Nick is so extremely mad at this point, that he drags Gino into the jaccuzzi and puts him into a few breath taking choke holds before he tries to drown him. Later the tables are turned and Gino is the one overpowering Nick and places a few choke holds oh him before drowing him.
