Nick doesn't like getting pushed around and when he does, he gets even. A verbal dispute between two men gets out of hand and a fight breaks out at a friend's bathroom and makes its way into a Jacuzzi. Nick drags Jesse James into the water and begins placing him in some brutal choke holds. Nick's brute strength appears to overpower Jesse very quickly and places him in several bone crushing head locks before shoving his head repeatedly below the water. Nick continues to torture his victim and holds Jesse's head under for what it appears to be minutes. We can only hope that he doesnt drown.
