This incredible film opens with the handsome Jesse James, the sexual outlaw climbing on to the rooftop of a building. Jesse is trying his best to get to the apartments downstairs in search of robbing his next victim. A suspicious neighbor calls 911 and officer Nick Harmon quickly responds to the scene.
