Nick Harmon grabs hold of the bank manager (Eddie Wizzies) and ties him up on a roof top of a near by building in hopes he can extract the numbers needed to open the banks vault. Eddie tries his best not to reveal the correct code which holds a few million dollars for which Nick claims belongs to him. Eddie not cooperating makes Nick furious and decides to tickle torture him in hopes he gives up the right combination of numbers.
